Key Responsibilities
Manning Management
• Drive manning deployment vs agreed-on manning plan – 100% Manned • Ensure deployment of Sellout Structure (PC and PCS) i.e. right store, the right coverage • Own the end-to-end Manning deployment (pooling, hiring & deployment) • Establish Manning governance (deployment lead time, Do’s & Don’ts) • Prepare Regular Manning Reports and Analysis (PIS, Manning Gap, Scorecard, etc)Budget Management
• Ensure Manning deployment across BEs is within the agreed plan • Regularly monitor productivity and deployment efficiency via sellout review • Provide timely and accurate Cost to Sales Analysis on manning deploymentPerformance evaluation
• Prepare Reports and Analyses with a breakdown per BE • Provide reports and update on SSG & BE Scorecard; SSG Scorecard • document learnings and Recommend solutions to improve total CCAC and CDI operations
