Job Description:
• Outbound calling to a list of clients to discuss usage of products and services with the goal of increasing the customers comfort level with the product, and increase product use
• Utilize a Consultative Selling Approach in order to position Moneris as a competitive advantage to prospective customers.
• Resolving customer concerns, inquiries, and queries according to defined guidelines, processes and metrics set for performance
• Demonstrate ongoing efforts to achieve or exceed performance expectations by meeting daily, weekly and/or monthly performance targets.
• Ensure all leads are actioned with the company’s defined guidelines.
• Deliver daily, and weekly reporting as required
• Take full accountability for any follow up action that is appropriate on behalf of the customer.
• Stay current with the industry trending and market conditions to position Moneris as a value added provider.
