PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Performs a variety of routine tasks as part of the Central Purchasing Team. Purchase Requisition & Purchase Order Processing using sophisticated software and computer systems in daily work.Performs routine tasks such as invoice entry, matching of check remittances with paid invoices, copying and filing. Responsible for purchase order processing.Works with other departments and/or outside vendors to resolve problems. Perform tasks given by the Manager as and when necessary.JOB QUALIFICATION:
2 to 3 years progressively responsible accounting clerical work.Bachelors in Accounting Technology, Financial Management or equivalent is nice to have.Willing to work onsite (Eton Cyberpod) Landmark: Robinsons GalleriaThis is for a dayshift schedule (8 am to 5 pm)Good mathematical and Analytical skills.Good Interpersonal skills.Sitel is an equal opportunity employer and value diversity and inclusion at our organization.
