Assists in the daily processing, updating and analysis of the following financial reports and operations statistics.a. Financial Statementb. Balance Sheetc. Cash Flowd. Monthly KRAe. Operations Statisticsf. Budget Monitoring2. Assists in collecting and checking of data for the preparation and analysis of financial reports such as but not limited to Financial Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Operations Statistics of the entire Ayala Malls Group including property management and non-retail businesses.3. Assists in collating and checking of liquidations and documentation for budget reconciliation.4. Assists in the preparation of detailed analysis and commentary on cost centre results.5. Assists in the review of operations statistics and provides sound recommendations for new cost saving initiatives and projects.6. Assists in the review and evaluation of previous budgets, expenditures to develop and implement future budgets.7. Prepares and submits the following reports on a regular basis:a. Financial datab. Operations Statistics datac. Liquidation8. Performs other management mandated functions.Qualifications for this position include: Graduate of BS Accountancy or equivalentMinimum of one (1) year of work experience in Accounting or Financial Management preferably in retail and property management industries Proficient in the use of MS Office applications specifically MS Word, Powerpoint, MS Excel and MS Visio as well as other specialized software like SAP or Oracle
