If you have what it takes, you may be the Marketing Analyst/Senior Marketing Analyst we are looking for.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior Marketing Analyst will play a key role for shaping the marketing strategies and establishing the best practices for analytics.

He/she will be responsible for helping to drive traffic by reviewing data, developing new analytics, looking for insights, and helping to deliver recommendations on how to continually improve our marketing campaigns.

This role will support the consumer life cycle; including online conversion analytics, product profitability, and pricing, customer behavior analysis, and segmentation. importantly, this role is a senior member of the analytics team and will bring strategic thought leadership and problem-solving, team management, and stakeholder experience.

Prepare ad-hoc KPI, pricing reports, and product performance reportsMonitor, Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data setsReview and analyze all marketing efforts including performance by individual ads, media, and campaigns to identify successful elements and work to continuously improve ad performanceDevelop actionable insights and help formulate strategic direction of marketing effortsIdentify customer trends and recommend data-driven responses to help guide strategy and decision-making within the Marketing organizationConduct quantitative analysis and statistical modeling to support marketing decision-making.Make strategic recommendations backed up by data and analyzed trendsWork closely with functional groups across the company – print product, product, and marketing – to grow revenue, and maximize marginsOther responsibilities assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS

Education

Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative or analytical field (math, science, economics, finance, engineering) required. Master’s preferred

Qualifications

At least 3 years of relevant work experience in an analytical roleShould be comfortable working with large data setsAdvanced quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skillsCreative and innovative thinker with an ability to translate complex ideas, sophisticated analyses, and metrics into a simple, actionable marketing strategyHands-on experience with advanced SQL and ExcelDevelopment experience in scripting language (PHP, Python, Perl, etc.)Experience manipulating large data sets and statistical modeling through R or PythonStrong math, statistics, and data mining skillsExperience with classification and clustering technique is a plusExperience with Tableau, MicroStrategy and other BI tools is a plusExperience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plusDisplay high-level of professional discipline and service leadershipArticulate in both written and verbal English communication

Work Schedule:

Able to work the 5 AM to 2 PM or the 6 AM to 3 PM shift with adherence to schedule a mustWillingness to render extended hour/s as the need arises
