Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Conceptualizes & executes marketing campaigns to achieve the mobile app’s user acquisition, retention, and engagement goalsHandles digital marketing calendar & initiatives for Abenson App & Abenson Rewards (i.e. social media, email marketing, paid search, etc)Writes enticing and engaging copies to establish brand & campaign positioningCollaborates with the creatives team to create communication collaterals for both offline & online platformsAnalyzes and reviews channel performance and recommends solutions to achieve the targetQualification & Skills
3+ years of experience in brand marketing, marketing activation, and/or digital marketing.Marketing/Organizational Communication/Business Management related bachelor’s degree is preferredAdvance knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint)Excellent ability in using data to measure performance, infer conclusions, and make decisionsCreative and with a good eye for designAbility to effectively communicate with cross-functional teamsAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environmentA go-getter with a strong appetite for tech-driven projects, innovation, and automationFluent in English and Filipino
