JOB SUMMARY:
The Executive Secretary handles the administrative and secretarial functions of the Office of the President
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinating schedules, meetings, and/or conference as assigned.Compiling, proofreading, and revising drafts of documents and reports.Answering and screening telephone calls, and responding to emails, messages, and other correspondence.Prepares schedule of meetings, agenda, reports, memo, matrices, etc. handled by the Office of the President.Records and transcribes the minutes of the meetings presided by the President and other special/plenary meetings.Ensures that all documents are properly filed for easy retrieval and ensures confidentiality for confidential documents.Operating and Maintaining office materials, supplies and equipment.Ensuring efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.All other tasks may be assigned in the performance of the above-mentioned functions.JOB SPECIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Office/Business Administration, or any related course.Has at least two (2) to three (3) years of experience as Executive Assistant/Secretary.With excellent communication, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented; with high regard for ethics and confidentiality.Social Media Savvy.Diplomatic but can enforce procedures, schedules, and deadlines.Diligent, resourceful, trustworthy, flexible, and responsible.Amendable to work in Cebu City.
