Review closing (Balance sheet and P&L) provided by accounting and request corrections if needed.
Prepare reporting package including P&L of the BU including:
Consolidated figures of retail sitesVariance analysis of operating and support sitesVariance analysis of KPI’sSummary of investments (CAPEX) and variancesList issues and corrective actionsControl:
Opex and Capex control (ex: staff cost growth with forecast and improvements, Capex survey)Analyze margins, waste and shrinkage and drive action plansRegular audit on application of policies, procedures and processesSpot studies/Audit and suggestions to improve the bottom lineAudit to ensure the accuracy of the Sales/purchases/expensesStock count (Organize, Drive and Validate)Stock Management (system improvement of inventory module, define and monitor action plans related to stock level)Supply Chain performance (Report, KPI’s, Feasibility Study)Asset Management (Monitor the purchase of assets compare to Budget, determine store Asset management procedure (with Operations)Policies and Procedures:
