about the Role:
Sales specialist will work closely with the Sales Assistant Manager, Operating Unit Head and Marketing in crafting and executing an integrated brand marketing strategy for DIBZ. This entails that planning and implementation of marketing initiatives to ensure that the brand and its products and services are well presented to its potential clients and stakeholders following the direction set by Marketing.
Plan and implement successful integrated marketing and communication strategy and programs for DIBZ in coordination with Marketing.Work closely with Sales Assistant Manager, Marketing, MPTC Corporate Communications to align objectives and leverage on internal resources to increase brand awareness and engagementAnalyze data, think creatively and design innovative campaigns to ensure maximum reach and engagementUtilize consumer insights to raise brand awareness, drive customer growth, and improve brand positioning and assess the impact and sustainability of different media types used to target certain markets based on project objectiveCAST tracking and responsibilities and analyze post-campaign results and recommend refinements in coordination with MarketingCreate or recommend media strategies to attract and retain customers, increase brand recognition, and maintain/ increase customer satisfaction and loyaltyCreate or recommend media strategies to attract and retain customers, increase brand recognition, and maintain/ increase customer satisfaction and loyaltySet brand planning calendar, coordinate cross-functional activities and planning process, manages timelines, and endures timely completion of deliverablesManage the Products for Marketing campaigns & PromotionsCreate and enhance partner relationships through strategic brand positioningCoordinate marketing budget and process all budget related concernsEnsure that all brand guidelines are met and followed in all collateralsAssists the team in coordinating meetings with the other Operating Units, etc.
