Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities
• Provides end-to-end engagement and support to ensure project requirements are thoroughly scoped and defined; risks and effective mitigating plans are identified and issues are responded and resolved immediately; activities/tasks are well-planned and executed in time; projects are launched as planned and agreed with stakeholders; and necessary actions and escalation to keep the project health are done
• Serves as primary customer and internal contact for all project related matters
• Demonstrates excellent project control to keep the project on track and changes well-managed, controlled and documented
• Communicates issues and status to all levels of management and internal and external stakeholders who have direct / indirect responsibility for the overall success of the project
• documents and maintains updated project plan, trackers and documentations
• Capable to handle multiple and concurrent projects
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's degree in related field from a four-year college or university
• Minimum of 3 years project management experience on a BPO set up doing end-to-end implementation is required
• PMP Certification preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with keen attention to detail
• Proven ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment
• Strategic thinker and with strong leadership skill able to deal internal and external stakeholders on all levels
• Strong customer service disposition and sense of professionalism
• Solid understanding of BPO business operations and industry.
• Works well under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, Power BI, and other project management software
• Flexible and can support different time zones, sites/locations as required by the projects
• Willingness to travel by exception subject to approval and possibly with short notice to support client initiatives/sales pursuits
