Who are we looking for:
An individual with high energy who can work in a fast-paced environment.Has excellent communication, time management, follow-up, analytical, and organization skills.Prior experience with the Administrative Assistant role.Good experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)Some experience with project management will be good, but not necessary.What will you be doing:
Responsible for managing calendars, travel coordination, expense management, planning internal and external meetings, internal communications, and ad hoc requests.Anticipate, initiate, and follow up on all matters/logistics required for the team to effectively perform in his/her role as efficiently and effectively as possible.Coordinate on-site and off-site meetings (including quarterly town halls and leadership off-sites)Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independentlyabout Speck1
