JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for maintaining strategic sourcing solutions and ensuring an effective pool of qualified candidates through various platforms, and devices appropriate hiring channels to fulfill respective vacancies within the established turnaround time.

This position is also responsible for the implementation of performance evaluation system and records management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1) SOURCING DUTIES

Maintains a strong understanding of candidate shortages and devices appropriate sourcing solutions such as but not limited to directly affiliate with various training centers, schools/universities, manpower agencies and participate upcoming job fairsPrepares progress reports and presentation of researched and costed sourcing solutionsCoordinates with department heads to participate in upcoming social events/shows to market job vacanciesConstruct and presides orientation module of newly hired employeesFacilitate hiring vacancies for internsCollates, review and revise job descriptionProposes creative ideas as solution to recruitment needs

2) PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

Ensures that employees’ performance evaluation is closely monitored and immediate heads are notifiedTimely preparation and issuance of the regularization contracts for probationary employees who satisfactorily passed the probationary period

3) RECORDS MANAGEMENT

Ensures accuracy of employee database and prepare necessary report, and maintains a comprehensive filing of incoming and outgoing memo and other office correspondence.Issues resignation acceptance letter, clearance form and exit interview to separated employeeAttends to inquiries on employment verification

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

College graduate of BS Psychology/ AB Behavioral Science/ BS HR Development or Management, or other related courseWith at least 2 years experience in general HR functionsWith a network of key contacts (agencies, head-hunters, Placement officers of major universities, job fair organizers, and other HR practitioners)Willing to work physically in the Head Office every Mondays to Fridays
