Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Staff is responsible for the the end-to-end recruitment process of Bastion and OPI. He / She will also contribute to the improvement and accomplishment of HR practices and objectives.

Responsibilities: 

·        Arrange the advertising of job vacancies as required.

·        Conduct screening of applicants for various positions and facilitate exams and verifications as applicable.

·        Schedule interviews of shortlisted candidates with hiring managers

·        Assist to facilitate Pre-employment & Post employment processes: ATM applications for payroll purposes, pre-employments requirements, medical examination, profiling examinations and background check.

·        Develop and maintain good working relationships with relevant recruitment agencies, Head Hunters, government bureaus and authorities and other third party vendor.

·        Ensure timely update of recruitment tracker and recruitment reports.

·        Prepare necessary reports that may be ask from time to time

·        Suggest on generating new means to get new applicants

·        Assist in the coordination of company events.

·        Help and collaborate on employee engagement for Bastion and Omnipay

·        Assist the HR Manager in all functional areas of Human Resources.

·        Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization.

·        Perform other tasks or duties that are deemed fit by management from time to time

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioural Science, Human Resource or equivalent

·        Possessed at least 2 years in recruitment (corporate or executive search)..

·        Willing to work in Salcedo, Makati
