The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for providing support to the development, management, and administration of the Human Resource Information System. He/She will act as the overall Systems Administrator of HRIS-related initiatives and leads the HRIS Integration project.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle the maintenance of HRIS to ensure accurate and comprehensive data capture needed for periodic management reports to support HR’s policies and programsCoordinate with the system vendor, ICT, and other units in HR for maintenance checks, repairs, and corrections that the HRIS may requireCheck and validate errors encountered by use and report to the vendor if it is a valid error.Thoroughly check and test UAT of new/enhanced modules of HRIS before implementation to usersLegal coordination on HRIS-related issues and raising them with HRIS vendors & ICTCheck for annual server–related requirementsGenerate data/reports on HRIS as may be required by Management.Identify HR processes & process improvements through the use of HRISEnsure data security of files for HRIS and C&B-related docC&B-r with coordination unit headsConduct training and coaching to users of HRISActs as Subject Matter Expert in HRIS Orientation and other communication cascades related to HRISDevelop appropriate control and risk measures and regularly conduct system auditsPhysical management and monitoring of HR’s Hard Files such as 201 & 202 fileAct as lead HR POC for all ICT-related system implementation, and the C&B Team in the administration of HR services & benefits.Perform projects/responsibilities that may be assigned from time to timeQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (Industrial Engineering, Information Management, Computer Science, Accounting, Psychology, or any related course)3-5 years of experience in the field of Human Resource Information System management and administration or employee database (SAP, Oracle, People Soft, etc.)Minimum experience of 2 years in compensation and benefits administration Highly proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint applicationsAdept in performing mathematical computationsExposure to project management and other quality-related team-based activities is a mustProven experience in preparing policies, documenting procedures, and service level agreements are an advantage
