The Business Development Manager (Waltermart) will ensure all business ventures are adhering to the investment goals of SM Prime Holdings Inc. (SMPHI) in support to the company's goals of becoming Asia's leading property development company.DUTIES & RESPonSIBILITIESBusiness Developmentevaluate the viability of the business feasibility of all handled projects (existing, upcoming and new explorations) whereby meeting the investment metrics of SMPHIReview and endorse the data analytics report to immediate headReview the requested information, documents, report, and deliverable actions that are business development related both internal and external groups to immediate headevaluate the viability of the land feasibility and market research reports to immediate head for the properties endorsed whereby meeting the investment metrics of SMPHIEXPERIENCE & EDUCATIonAL REQUIREMENTSWith 5 years of managerial experience and must have work experience related to land/site/property acquisition (an advantage), business development, and financial / valuation analysisGraduate of Bachelor's Degree related in Real Estate, Statistics, Finance, Management Engineering, Business DevelopmentProficient in Excel, knowledgeable in Google Earth / Google Maps, critical thinking, project management, business acumenWORK LOCATIonCandidate must be willing to be assigned in the Head Office - MAAX Bldg., Pasay City.
