As part of the Marketing Optimization team, the Marketing Operations Specialist will perform critical data validation, reporting, and system administration tasks to enhance efficiency in project management and cross-functional communication. Besides pre-defined responsibilities, the Marketing Operations Specialist will have opportunities to lead or support ad-hoc or innovative initiatives in supporting the overall process optimization.
This role will be collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including Marketing, Finance, IT, Project Management, Site Management, etc.
Essential Functions
Identify improvement opportunities and solutions to enhance Marketing’s operating efficiencyEstablish new and/or improve current data management processes to standardize global practices and minimize manual interventionSupport Marketing budget planning and spend tracking activitiesMaintain data accuracy and completion in Salesforce and other operating systemsDevelop and manage standard reports and dashboards to support cross-functional leaders and stakeholdersManage site lists, monitor site performance, and provide timely updates to project stakeholdersValidate patient identifications and medical informationProvide reporting and analyses to support ad-hoc business investigationsManage tasks and cases in Salesforce Qualifications:Bachelor’s degreeProficient in English verbal and written communicationStrong Salesforce product knowledge and minimum 2 years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experienceExperience managing data from multiple sourcesHighly proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Ability to collaborate with teams located in multiple geographies
