The Customer Success Associate / Company Nurse is expected to perform tasks quickly and efficiently, with a high level of professionalism and positive attitude. It is expected that the Occupational Health Nurse is capable and able to help manage the assigned corporate clinics and is aligned in our goal which is always to ensure the health and safety in the workplace.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

NURSING DUTIES 

With critical medical thinking skills and good bedside mannerProvide basic health care administering first aid where needed and evaluating employees’ overall healthAttend to and Follow up all medical-related concernsAdminister first aid / nursing intervention to employeesAssist patient to nearest hospital due to emergencyClinic & Supplies ManagementMonthly medical supplies disbursement, inventory & requisition.Aid in medical events and activitiesAdminister first aid / nursing intervention to employees and members.Medical Certificate validationMonitor and update all clinic trackerSafekeep medical recordsDistribute HMO cardsAid in medical events and activitiesDissemination of health-related bulletin on a monthly basis.Other adhoc task that maybe assigned from time to time.

OFFICE HEALTH AND SAFETY 

Point person / Representative in the workplace with respect to Health & SafetyAttends to ticket request within SLAPerform Accident or Incident Investigations and Prepare Accident/Incident reports (WAIR/EWAIR)Perform safety walk weeklyLead and encourage the employees to participate evacuation drills (fire, earthquake) and secure accurate postmortem reportsEnforce company policies and procedures and Safety and Health Regulations and StandardsObserve work in progress and assure safety equipment is worn and procedures followedSuggest for corrections and follow-up to correct violationsResolve complaints and suggest to management for corrective actionEnsure employee safety training, classroom lectures, demos and hands-on instruction.Review accidents and suggest preventing similar future incidentsExecute effective safety, hazard control and industrial hygiene program. (solid waste disposal monitoring)evaluate risks and hazards and suggest for corrective actionAssign responsibilities and update safety organizational charts as neededAny ad hoc duties as required

 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor of Science in NursingRegistered NurseActive PRC licenseBOSH Training a plus but not requiredKnowledge in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, office 365)
