Business Development Manager - With Direct Selling Background

Job Qualifications:

The Business Development Manager must be a graduate of 4 year course, preferably business related with high business acumen.With background in Sales & Marketing is an advantage.Must have good Client Management skills, very good negotiation, coordination skills and communication skills.Must have background in Direct Selling.Very good decision-making & problem solving skills.Basic Knowledge in costing & logistics an advantage.Self-directed, can work with minimal supervision.

Job Specifications:

Represents the plant throughout the process of client engagements.Performs presentation of plant portfolio projecting high level of professionalism & positive image of the company.Negotiates for the most beneficial transactions for the both plant and the client.Explores opportunities to grow the business in coordination with Sales & Marketing Manager through Marketing initiatives, client prospecting and client calls.Performs liaison & coordination function between the plant and clients.Builds and maintains long term relations with plant clients through PR activities.Ensures a seamless agreement from the initial to the final stage of the transaction process.Facilitates client concerns & takes immediate steps in revolving critical concerns for matters within over authority.Recommends win-win strategies for approval by Management for issues beyond over capacity.Complies with company policies, rules and regulations.Performs such other duties as may be assigned by the superior.
