Senior VP - Sales & Marketing for Medical Device

Responsibilities:

Deliver Sales & Marketing targets and goals and drive business performance.Provide leadership, direction and management to the marketing and sales team in a manner that ensures exceptional service to all stakeholders and that produces market differentiation and competitive advantageIdentify where improvements can be made and develop marketing & sales plans and strategies to achieve goals.Build strong performance culture within the Sales & Marketing teamerOversee organizational transformation, while cultivating a culture of rigor, discipline, and compliance within the Departments being handled.Build strong relationships with all key stakeholders, including customers, principals and employees

Requirements:

15-20 years’ work experience in Philippines medical device / IVD industryTrack record in commercial operations, growing businesses and delivering growth with P&L responsibilityBusiness responsibility of at least USD30-40MnStrong commercial acumenStrong financial acumen, ability analyse and interpret financial statements including P&L, BS, CashDynamic business leader with experience building organizational capabilityStrong strategic thinker, able to develop and implement a growth strategyStrong interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence stakeholdersThrives on challenging status quo, ability to get into details and drive executionUsed to a rigorous operating mechanism, drive process improvement with rigor and trackingStrong on compliance culture and business ethicsExcellent personal network
