IMPORT DECLARANT

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a reliable logistics personnel to be responsible for the importation operation.

Oversee the operation in importation and documentations.Resolve any documentations and operational issues, as well as manage both internal and external customers systematically.Person-in-charge for other functions such as billing settlement and other related procedures as required by client.Check Due List sent by customer.Receive Pre-alert documents from Origin port, check documents against GLP.Coordinate arrival details for monitoring with Carrier.Preparing, printing of the Manifest and lodgement in BOC system (CDEC/Intercommerce/Ekonek).Secure complete documents (BL, CIPL, Shipping Instruction, CO, Form A, D, AK,)Create request to facilitate payment for Carrier Charges (Local Charges & Container - Deposit) & Port Charges (Arrastre, Wharfage, Storage).Monitor releasing of cargo, GR, brokers.Provides efficient logistics advice internally to ensure the most cost-effective modes of services are being used to meet deadlines.Carry out business targets, organize and formulate development plans and key performance indicators.Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.Collates figures and statistics, producing reports of management.Ensure that the company complies with and is up to date on law and regulations pertaining to all logistics and freight forwarding compliances.

Requirements:

Candidate must be a University/College graduate of any 4-year course: Business, Logistics, or any related.With at least 2-3 years proven related experience in importation as declarant.With outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.Proficient in various VASP software and system.Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.Willing to work in Taguig.
