Job Responsibilities:

Performs duties related to overall customer service. Provides support to sales team with regard to customer concerns.Coordinates with sales reps to identify inside sales opportunities. Serves as customer interface on product status and delivery.May manage or work in call center for customer support.Maintains knowledge of UTC organization and products to provide the appropriate information and support to customers.Consistently documents customer service needs to identify patterns and maintain qualityCommunicate positively, professionally and promptly with Customers.Act as the voice of the Customer within the business to ensure their requirements are met and any complaints are effectively handled.Manage number of Customer accounts, handling quote and order entry and maintenanceHandle Customer expedite request and resolve issues by developing internal relationships within Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Shipping, Pricing, ITC teams, Quality and Operations.Customer specific open order book creation and alignment.Resolve spares related warranty issues and Customer returns.Work with customers to resolve their held orders to ensure quick turnaround timeAssist Credit Controller in resolution of overdue invoices by working directly with Customers on issues.Work alongside Business Development and Integrated Material Management teams to support Customer requirements.Additional tasks allocated by Customer Service Supervisor.

Qualifications:

Microsoft applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)SAP knowledgeACE, Six Sigma continuous improvement experienceReporting, database manipulation and/or VBA a plusEffective written and verbal communicationBachelor's degree required for this positionOpen for permanent, shifting or weekenders schedule
