The Role & Responsibilities:
First point of contact via phone, email, and job logging system, for our specialized IT / AV Service Desk.Managing assigned clients, ensuring queries are responded to and work tickets are logged in a timely mannerLog all tickets in the job logging system, tracking and reporting on those assigned to you and following each ticket through to its resolutionCoordinate onsite technical resources to ensure work tickets are resolved within strict deadlinesCommunicate Service Status & Report to all StakeholdersGeneral Office Administration DutiesExperience Required:
The successful candidate should have a proven track record in the following:
1 to 2 years experience in customer service, administrative or helpdesk roleSound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Exposure to Administrative & Management Responsibilities
