Brief Job Description:
- Owns and drives the monthly sales and operations (S&OP) process for brands handled.
- Calculates rolling 18-month base forecast using historical trends
- Gathers, documents, and calculates other assumptions and inputs to the forecast.
- Communicates and aligns forecasts with all stakeholders. Presents demand plan during monthly SMOP meeting
- Measures and tracks performance for continuous improvement
Job Requirements:
- College Graduate preferably Industrial Engineering
- High communication and influencing skills
- Top fresh grads are welcome; previously supply chain experience is a lus
- High analytical, critical thinking and mathematical skills
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
