Establishes and communicates customer service objectives which support achievements of the Farm’s Mission and Vision.Performs other duties as required to provide “Delight our Guests!” service and teamwork.Creates a positive work environment for all employees.Works with the Director of Sales and Marketing to establish understanding of sales strategy and effective implementation.Maintains successful performance by increasing revenues, controlling expenses, and providing a positive flow through Maintains ongoing awareness of current and future competitors’ product, pricing and programs so as to maximize share of the market.Establishes and maintains accurate forecasting procedures in Rooms Inventory so as to maximize revenues per room.Implements the Sales policies and procedures of the Farm.Develop a close working relationship with S&M team members, operations team, heads of department and senior management Maintains accurate tracking of business sources and patterns to facilitate analysis of situations and development of plans.Develops annual Sales Targets for Sales & Reservations team which support achievement of the overall budget, monitors achievement of these targets and implements alternative strategies as necessary to achieve revenue, room nights and treatment targets.Implements strategies to improve market penetration.Improves call productivity by counseling Sales team member on appropriate selling techniques.Ensures maximum occupancy on a daily basis.Organizes and supervises sales solicitation activities including tele-marketing, prospecting and qualifying potential leads, preparing and presenting written proposals/contracts and oral presentationsBuilds positive working relationships with all departments of the Farm, assures understanding and the wants, needs and expectations of anticipated customers.Maintains effective communication with the builds teamwork among sales and reservation team members to achieve commitment to the overall revenue objectives of the Farm and their role in achieving them.Maintains ultimate accountability for verifying that the team maximizes revenue opportunities by up-selling and accurately forecasting revenues Maintains direct sales involvement with key customers in each market segment to stay current with the needs of the market, competitive initiatives, and the effectiveness of programs.Qualifies prospective leads as to profitabilityDesigns and proposes programs to meet client’s needs.
