IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Respond to Oracle Talent Management and Self-Service requests timely while solving the end users’ business requirements in a professional mannerAssist in the roll out of company-wide Talent Management and Self-Service initiativesReview reports on a weekly basisResearch issues on Customer Connect and if necessary open requests with Oracle for additional supportCross train on all Talent Management modules, self-service modules as well as other HCM applicationsFOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:
Education: Requires completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree in a Human Resources, Information Technology Business, or related fieldExperience/Skills: Zero to two years business support experience with an HCM application. Oracle Talent Management, HR Self-Service and/or Oracle HR experience preferred; however, PeopleSoft or similar system experience will be consideredGood business knowledge in Performance, Talent Management, HR and support processesDeadline oriented with a sense of urgency in responding to customer requestsExperience supporting an application that is global with a large volume of users is preferredReady and willing to share information, as necessaryAble to interact professionally with Emerson company employees at all levelsInteracts with other team members to exchange information and creates a positive and productive team dynamicAbility to effectively work in a team environmentExcellent organizational and interpersonal and written communication skillsHas a customer service focusStrong English oral and written communication skillsWHO YOU ARE:
