Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or its equivalent. At least 1-3 years’ experience in Recruitment and Selection or Training and Organizational Development. Exposure in other facets of Human Resources is an advantage. Organized and excellent time management skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Personable and able to interact with all levels of the organization.
