GENERAL ACCOUNTANT (Payables and Receivables)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:College graduate of any of the following courses: BS Accountancy, BSBA major in Accounting Technology or related business course.Between 3 to 20 total years work experiences in General Accounting (Receivables, Payables, Fixed Assets, General Ledger)Knowledgeable in General Accounting in importation, wholesale trading and warehousing activities.Actual experiences in computing Expanded Tax and VAT.Has actual experiences in both manual and computerized accounting system. Knowledge in SAP is an advantage.Proficient in MS office/ 365: Excel, Word, Power point.Can communicate efficiently in English and Tagalog.JOB DEscriptIONS:Process outgoing payment and record proper account entries in Disbursement Journal using either excel or SAPB1 system.Monitor Cash advances, Revolving fund, Petty Cash and Corporate credit card. Compute input VAT on receipts on liquidation reports.Prepare Bank Reconciliation report.In absence of AR Accountant/Collection Supervisor, assist in following up CWT certificates and Collections from customers.Provide support on Opex schedules in preparation for audit season.Co-user in Banking modules of SAP B1 system.Can prepare Deposit slips and Telegraphic transfers.Perform other matters as maybe instructed by management.Actual Starting Salary depends on work experiences, job skills, professional eligibility & education.
