The Accounts Payable Customer Support will handle the centralized receiving and management of all concerns, feedback, issues, and inquiries from AP’s internal and external stakeholders concerning AP’s operations to ensure that they are properly and timely attended to until closure. This role will be critical in improving the customer experience of various APSS' stakeholders. AP Customer Support
QualificationsEducation:
● Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or any equivalent course
Experience:
● At least three years of experience in either Customer support or Accounts Payable processing is required
● Business process outsourcing (BPO) experience is desired
Other Requirements:
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Good listening skills & customer-centric mindset
● Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
● Strong organization skills and attention to details
● High stress tolerance and resilience
● Innovative mindset and strong collaboration skills
● Proficiency in the use of Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
● Knowledge in Oracle or SAP is desired
