At Progress Chartered Accountants (AU), we recruit smart-working home-based Digital Marketing Virtual Assistants (VA’ s) and Sales assistants.

Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant role is a remote assistant who will handle all the aspects of digital marketing and administrative work for us.

Simply put, digital marketing is a term used to describe online advertising. Common formats include email marketing, social media marketing, display advertising, blogs, and other digital formats.

Meanwhile, as sales assistants, you will have opportunities to find and talk to our potential clients. You need to demonstrate your abilities to be able to can convert them into our clients.

Tasks you will work on with Progress Chartered Accountants (AU) might include:

Building marketing funnels and integrations between systems, troubleshooting any technical issues)Scheduling social media content (Facebook Posts, Instagram, etc)Crafting or designing digital collateral (Images for social, PDF downloadables, worksheets, imagery for online courses, etc)Testing and scheduling email marketing campaignsOptimizing Web and Landing PagesManaging online booking calendars & scheduling meetingsExternal communications (cold calls to potential clients, email inboxing, through social media groups and pages, intercom, etc) on behalf of Progress Chartered Accountants (AU) to potential and current clients, stakeholders, etc.Data entry and file managementCRM database managementInbox managementMaking cold calls and following up to potential clients

To qualify for the position, you must:

Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishHave previous experience related to Digital Marketing (graphic design, website creation, content writing, social media management, photo/video editing, blogging, email marketing, building funnels, lead generation, etc.) OR a strong passion to learnTech Savvy-Familiarity with current technologies: Cloud-based tools, online calendars, word-processing software, and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, GSuite) and the ability to learn new technologies quicklyFamiliarity or experience with Digital Marketing tools (e.g. Canva, WordPress, Photoshop, Infusionsoft, ClickFunnels, etc.) is an advantageAbility to work independently and has a take-charge attitude- the ability to not only do what is asked but to be able to take charge of projects, make suggestions on how things can work better, and bring attention to anything that needs it.Strong Organizational skills- the ability to have a system in place for keeping important files and tasks managementBe able to work full-time from homeHave your own laptop and suitable office space at homeHave a strong Internet Connection (wired is preferred) - you'll need a download speed of at least 5 megabits per second (Mbps)Must have a strong desire to earn 10x more than the market by increasing 100X sales of Progress Chartered Accountants (AU)
