SALES EXECUTIVE for FREIGHT FORWARDERS/Salary: 15,000 - 18,000/SAN ANTONIO VILLAGE, MAKATI

Job Description:

Look for business opportunities and schedule meeting appointmentsLook for prospect clients and generate sales in accordance to assigned budgetSecure new clients and continuously increase client portfolioAssist in all endeavors to achieve 24-hours respond time to sales queryMaintain relationship with client by providing support, information and guidanceJot down and/or answer sales telephone inquiries; entertain walk in clients &/or suppliersSecure buying rates from airlines, shipping line, consolidators & agentsPrepare, encode and file quotationsPrepare shipment notification for approved ordersSecure documentation requirements such as accomplishment report, collection report, sales report & other report as required by Sales Head and/or Top ManagementMonitor the shipments with operations and agents and keeping the clients informed of their current shipping statusMonitor and assist collection of accounts receivablesMaintain close coordination with operations/ accounting departments on the developments of all sales generated accounts including sales quota and collectionsAssist Sales Head in communicating with TM and other departments the needs, concerns and developments of Sales DeptAssist Sales Head in handling correspondence with international agents, local suppliers, customers and MBT groupPerform other related functions that may be assigned by either Sales Head or TM as deemed necessary

Job Qualifications:

 Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree, preferably major in Business Administration, Marketing, Export Management, Customs Administration, Supply Chain and Management, or other logistics-related coursePreferably with background in Freight Forwarding and Customs BrokerageFresh graduates are welcome to apply as wellCustomer-orientedWith excellent oral and written communication skillsWith sharp comprehensionCan work with minimal supervisionOrganized, trustworthy and hardworkingWill report onsite to Makati Office

Salary Range:

Php 15,000 – 18,000

NYS Building, 1156 Don Chino Roces Ave. San Antonio, Makati City

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM
