Duties and Responsibilities
Main duty is to guide new employees’ on-boarding and transition from being a trainee to a full-time member of their account/team. Assess trainees’ understanding and progress and make any necessary adjustments to the program. Develop, tweak, and maintain training procedure manuals, training content and guides, and course materials. Ensure successful execution of training plans such as coordinating training schedules that includes sending invitations to participants Measure program training effectiveness regularly Participate in Internal and external training calibrations Conduct refresher trainings as needed Work with the Marketing team for the training materials such as module summaries, videos, and powerpoint presentations. Collaborate with OM/TL to identify company training needs. Must be competent to demonstrate the skill themselves to conduct In-house Workshops Liaison with external training providers as needed.Qualifications
Graduate of any 4 years course Proficient in using MS Office apps – Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, MS Teams 5 years related work experience – producing process modules, SOPs, technical training in a BPO Set-up Knowledgeable in ERP systems related to logistics, freight forwarding Must have excellent presentation skillsOthers:
