Duties and Responsibilities:
· Responsible in providing information and assistance to customers inquiring about the mechanics of the Metro Rewards Card attending to customers complaints through proper referral to the concerned store official and other customer concerns needing further assistance.· Entertains and answers within well-established guidelines customer questions and complaints· Posts Customer complaints in the customer service database on a daily basis.· Prepares Customer Complaints in the customer service database on a monthly basis.· Oversees and extends assistance to Metro Rewards Card (MRC) Booth services such as but not limited to encoding of new applicants for MRC cards and the likes.Qualifications:
· At least College Level in any course· With experience in Customer Service in a retail industry· Excellent communication and good listening skills.Work Location: Alabang Muntinlupa
