Role
Chief Marketing Officer’s role is to adapt to the unique requirements of the company’s industry virtual assets service provider in the Philippines while overseeing the entire business marketing operations including its official customer service operations. The role includes brand management, marketing and PR communications, product management, strategic planning and execution, budget planning etc., while ensuring to deliver realistic company goals and objectives including setting up department policies and procedures, assisting in human resource objectives, training and retention, and lawful and safe assurance of a healthy workplace.
Job Responsibilities :
Conducting market research and staying abreast of competitor positioning.Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionalsCreate a solid network of strategic partnershipsLead and manage the marketing team's operations, as well as evaluate and improve existing initiatives and develop new revenue-generating strategies.Conducting market researchDevelop business development initiatives.Building a network of reliable external agencies and marketing professionals.Plan and set marketing goals and objectives, implement and manage marketing strategies.Growing and developing the in-house marketing team and the customer service team thru creation and dissemination of Training Materials for Sales and Marketing personnel and CSRsDetermine KPIs for the marketing and customer service department.Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems, and recommending system improvements.Create and analyze process workflow in line with BSP requirement in Virtual Assets Service Provider Management.Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.Qualifications
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Excellent organizational and time management skillsGraduate in business administration, marketing, communications or relevant field;Proven experience as senior marketing officer or similar roleDemonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.)Excellent organizational and time management skillsSolid understanding of market research and data analysis methodsAbility to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channelsA leader with both creative and analytical capabilitiesOutstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities
