IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Provide basic support for Alarm Management such as – outbound alarm monitoring through calls and emails, and any other service support requiredInvestigate refrigeration and/or HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air-conditioning) alarms received and provide diagnosis based on agreed standardsEnsure immediate delivery of alarm details with accurate documentation by calling or sending emails to external customers Generate and dispatch service work orders of field technicians to troubleshoot onsite concernsFOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:
Bachelor’s degree in any field (also open to senior high graduates)Experience in interactive customer service and related functions (preferred)Background in offshore service operations (advantage)Flexibility to work on shifting schedule including weekendsWHO YOU ARE:
