Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Reports on duty to the F&B Service Leader (Supervisor) or Manager or Captain Waiter on duty in proper and clean uniform
2. Answers telephone calls and receives room service order
3. Prepares order slip and sales invoice for F&B, for both employees and guests
4. Uses the Cash Register and punches ordered food and beverage based on the order slip and sales invoice
5. Prepares and submits daily sales report
6. Prepares the shift’s consolidated report
7. Prepares and submits cash remittance report
8. Records all guest charges in the logbook. Daily guest charges are endorsed to FO Cashier with Sales Invoice signed by the guest. FO cashier will sign the logbook
9. Makes scatter of the menus ordered (employees and guests) for the day and submits it to the F&B Cost Controller
10. Checks par stocking of Ordered Slip, Sales Invoice, Official Receipt, Employees Check, Remittances Sales Report, Requisition Booklet, Beverage Order Slip, Miscellaneous Sales Invoice, etc and request for printing
11. Coordinated with the Kitchen for the preparation of ordered food
12.Makes suggestive selling/merchandising of Coffee Shop items for sale
13.Maintains well-groomed and pleasant personality
Performs other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.At least 1 Year(s) of working experience as a Cashier in a Casual Dining or Restaurant is required for this position.Willing to be assign in Ermita, Manila
