Planning, organizing, inspiring, and leading the Salesforce in the area to attain the Sales objectivesInitiates tactical plans together with the Van Selling Team and Distributors to ensure dominance in market penetrationProviding relevant market information so as to be able to formulate strategies to counter and compete in the market and thereby ensuring achievement of sales, market share, and profitabilityEnsuring 100% compliance to approved brand positioning as directed VIRGINIA FOOD, INC. as principalQUALIFICATIONS:
