What are the Roles and Responsibilities?
Able to handle assigned area and directly manage Flour dealers and institutional accountsAble to market our products and develop new accountsAble to understand market dynamics and consumer preferences on bakery and other flour-based productsKnowledgeable in troubleshooting baking related concerns, but not highly requiredShould initiate and lead baking demonstrations and seminars geared towards promoting our flour brands in the assigned area.What are the Qualifications?
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.Preferably 3 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Field Sales function or any related work is required for this position.Must be computer literate. Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint, MS Word.Good in oral and written communicationHardworking and results-orientedApplicants must be willing to work in Km. 10 Sasa, Davao City and must be willing to travel around Mindanao area.Must know how to drive vehicle and must have a valid Driver's License1 Full-Time position available.COMPANY OVERVIEW
