Communicate to Supplier with regards to date Items loading, documents availability related to importation and availability of hard copy if needed.Checking the accuracy of all documents vs each other.Assigning of Forwarder to book the shipping lineMonitor the status of items from Departure from Supplier up to arrival in our warehouse.Assignment of broker.Close coordination to Broker to make sure the on time releasing of items (no Storage/ no demurrage). Uploading of ICC application.Secure Marine Insurance.Daily update the template of importation information.Filing of documents hard copy.Inform Supply Chain group of the items arrived already to Warehouse.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Customs Administration, Business Studies/Administration/Management or related coursesOpen for fresh graduate or entry level with experience in prevailing customs rules and regulationsKnowledgeable in imports and exports procedures, customs, warehousing procedures and inventory management is an advantageMust be amenable to work in Camangyanan Road, Sta. Rosa 2, Marilao, Bulacan
