JOB DEscriptION:
1. Business Development
- Seeks for sales expansion by identifying and mapping out business opportunities and potential projects
- Monitors product movement in the area/account and identifies products that are fast and slow moving in order to prepare a marketing plan for the ones that are for product push.
2. Below the Line Marketing
- Prepares brochures, and color charts to meet client requirements; Prepares sponsorships on events, activities, symposia, and conferences in order to market Boysen products
-Discusses promotional materials for new products by highlighting its unique product features to help customer’s understanding and appreciation
3. Selling
- Analyzes and compares sales plans with the last year's base and implements appropriate sales activities to achieve targeted sales
- Oversees the sales activities of products thereby achieving increased sales growth/ maximized volume and value growth in depth
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management Willing to travel to visit job sites and hardware; Interact with customers such as dealers, architects, and engineers Required Skills: Selling Skills, Sales Business Development, Customer Relationship Management; Candidate must be self-motivated and a team player. Must have a driver's license. Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in construction marketing-related job/work; FRESH GRADUATES are welcome to apply. AREA to be covered: Palawan
