Job Duties:
The position is under the Acquisitions Group and reports directly to the Acquisitions Group Head;
Works with Marketing to identify and develop sales leads;
Nurtures leads into qualified opportunities;
Takes charge of pre-sales efforts, including the creation of a value proposition, the preparation of the proposal and the negotiation process;
Takes charge of closing and finalizing commercial documentation;
Acts as a solutions consultant whenever possible;
Develops a strong relationship with our Customers;
Monitors and assists the Delivery Team during the engagement period;
Reports status of pipelines and funnels on a periodic basis;
Responsible for the revenue and business growth of the verticals being covered;
Responsible for acquiring new customers and growing them;
Provides management with customer feedback ad market intelligence;
Guides and mentors the Jr. BDMs
Has background in the IT software and hardware industry with great exposure in either of the following verticals;
BFSI
Healthcare
Government
Logistics
Schools & Universities
