Working directly with an Australian Mortgage Broker, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of loan preparation, submission, follow-up, and settlement. Tasks include the following but are not limited to:
Data EntryIndexing / FilingGenerating and forwarding Compliance documentsOrdering ValuationsPricing requests and actioning pricing requestsDischarge RequestsPreparing and Lodging home loan applicationsManaging loan applications (Loan tracking) until the loan settlesLoan Assessment and ReviewHandling complex and/or urgent requestsAdmin tasks like email monitoring, chasing lenders for updates on applications, and communicating with various lendersMUST HAVE:
AFG FLEX System will be highly prioritizedA clear understanding of the Australian Mortgage Loan Application processExperience in working as a Broker Support Officer, working closely with different brokers and different lenders is highly desirableA background in processing loan applications through different systems and CRMs (Mercury, AFG, Flex, AOL, Connective, etc.)Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalImpeccable work ethic
