The Role
As a Sales Officer, you will generate leads for SBLD products and convert them to bookings via close and effective engagement with branches or with other channels (brokers, developers, online, etc.,) for their referrals to contribute to the business and financial goals of SBLD, RBS and Security Bank as a whole. You will execute agreed sales strategies and formulate sales tactics applicable to the trading areas of branches covered or other channels. You will embrace the role of subject matter expert (SME) on the SBLD products to achieve effective collaboration with all partners involved in the delivery of seamless Better Banking service to clients
How you'll contribute
Achieves a minimum of 125% of financial/quantitative targets or an achievement rate as prescribed by the Business Head as there is no room for mediocre performance.Assists Collections on delinquent accounts by reminding branches or clients of their loan amounts due, if requested.Handles customer complaints with speed or timeliness and professionalism.Continuously trains and guides branch sales personnel and other channel partners on SBL products, MRAC policies, and processes.Provides areas/branches updates on the products and their performance in Area meetings via regular email blasts.Formulates sales strategies for or with the branches or other channel partners to increase referrals and contribute to scaling and sustaining the growth of the business. Supports all sales events of the branches or other channel partners.Ensures quality of accounts via minimal or nil booking document deficiencies and knowing and adhering to credit and risk policies and guidelines. Be mindful of regularizing outstanding document deficiencies,Performs pre-screening and first or second-level KYC/Qualitative interviewWhat we’re looking for
College graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Financial Management, or related courses.With a minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial or business lending with a bank (savings included). With prior extensive training in Credit.Must have a strong background/ experience in mortgage/home loansWith good communication skills, sales, and target-drivenDetail-oriented and able to communicate effectively with different levels of the organization
