The Product Owner establishes the balance between user needs and business goals of one of HealthNow’s verticals. The Product Management Owner is expected to be the voice of the customer who champions a solution vertical that addresses burning user pain points, establishes a clear and unique proposition, sizes up the opportunity with a welldefined target market, and drives a path to monetization.As the Product Owner, one should have the tenacity and grit to manage the overall performance of the business vertical. She/He obsesses about the end-user and carefully evaluates investments at the right time and cost.Duties & Responsibilities• Leads the ideation and execution of the vertical vision and evolution• Drives to define and align the vision, strategy, and roadmap in order to establish HealthNow as a unicorn• Manages the initiatives and principles on product lifecycle management which include strategic planning and management of the entire product portfolio, market research, ideation/conceptual planning for features and product optimization, solution/feature prioritization, commercialization/business casing, category management, and P&L management• Aligns with Product Management Director on overall Product KPIs and manages the metric to achieve the objectives, including sales and profit and loss responsibility for the entire product portfolio• Digs into complex problems and drives agile thinking to identify and execute solutions• Presents data-driven recommendations and decisions, aligns decisions with executive and cross-functional teams, and oversees that the road map is implemented quickly and profitably according to investment decisions.• Represents HealthNow for strategic partnerships and stakeholders that will drive the road map forward, and lead necessary contract negotiations• Aligns with cross-functional teams on customer journeys and experience mapping, quality assurance, and efficiency of the vertical solutionQualifications & Competence• Has at least 5 years of Product Management experience in e-commerce• Graduate of Management, Marketing, or Computer Science/Engineering. MBA is a plus.• Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and a unique blend of business and technical understanding• A natural leader with a proven ability to influence and motivate teams• Solid acumen in data analysis and strategy
