As a Brand & Digital Marketing Director, you will report to the Head of Marketing and be expected to:
Work with the Head of Marketing in defining brand vision, strategy, positioning, marketing and digital communications in support of the introduction of a new category within the alternative tobacco industry. You will need to translate these strategies into local action plans and manage the implementation within the Philippine market.Manage local portfolio and lead /develop product/line extension launches in coordination with cross-functional teams.Responsible for the development of brand communication plan and other promotional activities to support all local initiatives.Drive all digital program campaigns, e-commerce and CRM activities to support all brands.Liaise with the principal’s International Business Unit in all product and marketing initiatives, including ensuring all branding, content and storytelling are in line with the global brand guidelines across all touch points.Work closely with Corporate Affairs and Legal team in ensuring all activities are fully compliant with local regulations.Determine and maintain budgets and proper metrics for tracking KPIs for all planned and implemented programs.Work with Head of Marketing in establishing processes and procedures are in place to support all marketing operations, including development of Customer Care center to support all brand/s and brand related programs.The successful candidate needs to be:

A graduate with a highly preferred degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or equivalentHas at least minimum 8 years’ work experience in FMCG (Consumer Goods companies), tobacco/alternative tobacco experience preferred.Understanding of integrated marketing communications planning, brand strategy and positioning.Analytical, proactive, creative and agile personalityStrong cross functional project management skills including solid experience in 3rd party management of agencies
