 1. Ensure the implementation of disciplinary measure following the CRR in an expeditious manner and implements the steps pertaining to the disciplinary proceedings.

2. Assured that employee relations will impose a timely, fair, and balanced manner during the conducted investigation.

3. Coordinates with Timekeeping and payroll related to attendance issues violated by the employee and serve as a legal reference in constructing memorandums before serving them to the involved personnel.

4. Coordinates with respective department superiors referring to the investigation, collating evidence, counseling, administrative hearing, and/or clarifying facts before implementing disciplinary measures.

5. Strictly, ensure regular updates of case closure and its recent status at HRIS program and summarize generated report to submit it via soft copy to HR Manager as an update report.

6. Regular check-up of attendance update with the payroll timekeeper and provide monitoring report for that attendance in a critical stage and needs to be counseled.

7. Initiate counseling to people's complaints to those involved employees and provide reconciliation as preliminary anticipation to avoid further issues.

8. Regularly update MRIS 201 file details specifically related to new hires, promoted, appraised, changes of work schedule, employees update information, and secure update announcement at HRIS Dashboards.

9. regularly check and monitor the ongoing status of cases and administrative investigations.

10. Act as a recording clerk in every minute of the meeting conducted by Heads regardless of LMC, safety meeting, and/or operation/admin meeting.

11. Facilitates event and HR activities as approved by the HR Manager in a timely manner.

12. Assist the HR manager in the compilation of reports and data generated gathering including the safety committee activities.

13. Ensure the guard's itinerary report is submitted and timely action is taken including all incident reports submitted by the operation.

14. Discuss with the HR manager all assessments and recommendations of the case needed to submit.

16. Initially acts as generalist trainee depending on the instruction provided by the HR Manager.

17. Monitors regular activities of the Cebu and Davao HR officers.

18. Monitors and ensure all permit and legal documents that require update and processing. Coordinates with Legal for any validity needed to renew.

19. Assist in inventory of PR and/or any supplies requested by DLCI.
