Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam) in Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent;With or without experienceDuties and Responsibilities:
Organize regular training sessions for managers & employees in order to efficiently communicate regulatory changes & updatesTo provide advice, assistance and information to the departments within the organization, where and when necessaryRecommend budget proposal for training and developmentDevelop and prepare training materialsConduct periodic assessment of employeesKeep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to seminars and attending relevant coursesInspection of branches to check compliance of existing SOPs and company rules and regulationsReport and Recommend action to the Senior Operations Officer of employee’s conduct and performanceMaking sure the branches are compliant with the FDA rulingsTo notify the FDA in case of changes made in the status of businessEnsures that the company complies & operates in conformity with Regulatory & legal requirementsPerform other tasks as required.
