Regulatory ComplianceResponsible for correct dispensing of medicines and counseling to the medical needs of patients and customers.Customer ServiceGreets, assist and offer help to customers in a friendly and proactive manner.Cash Management Operates cash register, ensure notes and coins adequacy, check notes or bills and credit card authenticity, manage loyalty cards for accurate points processingInventory ManagementEnsures that store and display shelves are properly stocked and immediately inform Store Manager or Manager on Duty for any Out-of-Stock (OOS) or overstock issues.Store ManagementDisplays products and correct price tags on designated product shelves in accordance with the company’s Regular Shelf Display (RSD), Off-the-Shelf (OSD) and Planogram (POG) guidelines.AdministrationMonitors store sales performance and feedback to Store Manager or Manager on Duty any issues affecting sales.
