Digital Media Performance Manager
(meta/Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Advertising Platform, DV360, CM360)
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including meta (Facebook) Ads
Manager, TikTok, DV360 and other self service platforms.
● Work as part of a team to optimise campaigns to drive strong performance for clients
● Adserve client activity and manage reporting across campaigns including ensuring we are
meeting desired KPI’s and we are spending the correct budgets.
● Pull together weekly and monthly insights from managed campaigns to assist client team with
weekly and end of month reporting
● Using platforms and tools provided to do client research across competitors.
● Manage integrity of data across Datorama and Data Studio platforms
Qualifications and Experience:
● At least 2 to 4 years of experience in running and optimising paid advertising activity across
Facebook Ads Manager essential
● At least 2+ years experience having run activity across Display Video 360, DoubleClick
Campaign Manager 360 and linkedIn Ads Manager.
● Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook Email & Calendar, Excel, Microsoft Teams (Teams, Chat
and Video conferencing)
● Experience working as part of a team and delivering on clients KPI’s and performance campaigns
● Excellent attention to detail
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Ability to learn new technical concepts, platforms and systems
● Ability to work to set goals and deadlines
● Ability to work in a fast paced environment, multitask and achieve deadlines
● Ability to take feedback from the team
● Someone who is results and solutions driven
● Someone who is trainable and can adapt to new tools
● Experience in Flashtalking, Tik Tok Ads Manager, Reddit Ads and Outbrain Ads is a plus
● Experience Salesforce and Datorama is a plus
● Experience in ASANA is a plus
● Certifications across Display Video 360 and DoubleClick Campaign Manager 360 is a plus
