Duties and Responsibilities:
Developing, managing, and executing automated, data-driven processes that support email marketing, service hubs/ticketing systems, and sales enablement projects. This role requires both strategic and hands-on execution and has a data-oriented focus.
Responsibilities:
· Pull candidate details and attach them to email campaigns.
· Segment and execute email marketing campaigns.
· Build reporting and straightforward data analysis.
· Data cleaning and normalization.
· Review campaigns for accuracy and report errors.
· Manage customer service requests via Service Hub.
· Build and execute campaigns, programs, and emails in HubSpot. Monitor performance and data flow between systems.
· Assist in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on performance metrics.
· Partner with graphic de other marketing team members to create templates, forms, and chat flows.
· Manage and maintain email suppression lists.
Qualifications:
· Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, or any related course
· 2 to 3 years of work experience in Marketing, Data Automation, or equivalent
· Must be knowledgeable in Data Analysis, Data Management, and Data Organization
· Must be detailed oriented
· Experience in using CRM Systems
