We are looking for an experienced, passionate marketing leader to join our team. This person will be tasked with driving growth through channels that enhance customer acquisition and brand awareness while working closely in partnership alongside the VP of Marketing.

The ideal candidate needs significant experience managing high-growth enterprise & B2B focused companies as well as having a strong sense of how best to build brands from both angles; consumer-facing ( acquiring new clients/customers)or business oriented( enhancing current relationships). They must also have excellent written& verbal communication skills so they can convey messages effectively across all levels within your organization.

The right Marketing Director will be someone with extensive experience in both online customer acquisition, brand building (including PR), B2B & consumer marketing-focused events. They'll have the know-how on driving business growth--specifically tailored for each market they serve! This individual must also possess creativity when it comes down to implementing systems that ensure programs are measurable while delivering ROI expectations; this includes defining sales personas as well as creating assets/ Campaigns influenced towards new members AND retention rates over time.

Your Success Profile includes:

Bachelor’s degree holder in any field3+ years of experience growing and leading significant growth-focused marketing teams in the enterprise and/or B2B spaceProven success and ability to execute both tactical and strategic initiativesA team-building mindset and experience in hiring, mentoring and managing high performing marketing teamsAbility to travel to markets across the regionDemonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathyDevelop localized marketing strategy; work collaboratively with the VP of Marketing, VP of Sales, and Execom to successfully plan and execute a diverse set of initiatives that support the achievement of sales goals.Manage and grow a team of marketers including marketing generalists and event managers.Oversee the quarterly and annual planning processes to optimize spend and results.Oversee the go-to-market cadence for the launch of new markets and new locations in existing markets;Optimize processes and systems that help the region to open buildings at high occupancy.Lead thinking and execution of partnerships that can enhance the brand in the regionWork with the marketing team to localize the brand’s mission while staying true to the overall visionUnderstand the sales pipeline, key drivers, and the role of marketing at each stage of the funnelBuild and maintain relationships with Integrated Marketing, Public Affairs, Community, and Sales to drive collaborative executionSupport in implementation of national & global campaignsRepresent the KMC brand, mission and values
